Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients and prospective customers.
- Explaining product / service offerings clearly and answering customer queries.
- Maintaining accurate call logs, follow-up records, and customer feedback.
- Achieving daily and monthly calling targets and lead generation goals.
- Coordinating with senior sales and operations team for lead closures.

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Any Graduate
