Welcome to the TRUSOF Group ecosystem (accessible at https://www.trusof.com/ and its associated domains, subdirectories, APIs, and mobile applications). This agreement constitutes a legally binding electronic contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, verifying your mobile number via OTP, or posting listings/inquiries on any TRUSOF portal, you expressly represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally competent to enter into enforceable contracts.
• You have carefully read, understood, and unconditionally accepted each and every clause contained in these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
• Mandatory Agreement: No account creation, listing publication, or portal usage is permitted without active agreement to these terms. Selecting the agreement checkbox prior to mobile login constitutes your valid digital signature.

TRUSOF operates solely as an "Intermediary" as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, read with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

TRUSOF provides an online venue and technological pipeline. We do not act as agents, brokers, employers, insurers, certifiers, or partners of any user or third party utilizing our portals.

To ensure platform integrity and combat automated abuse, access to posting, chatting, and viewing contact details across TRUSOF requires mobile number verification via One-Time Password (OTP).

• Lawful Number Ownership: You declare that any 10-digit Indian mobile number entered during login or registration is legally registered to you in accordance with Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and TRAI KYC regulations.
• Transactional SMS Consent: By requesting an OTP, you provide explicit written consent to receive transactional SMS, WhatsApp verification messages, system alerts, and critical account notices from TRUSOF and its registered gateway partners, notwithstanding any registration on the National Do Not Disturb (DND) / NDNC Registry.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and mobile handsets. Any activity occurring under your authenticated mobile number shall be deemed authorized by you.
• Zero Multi-Account Abuse: Creating fraudulent accounts, using virtual numbers (VOIP), or impersonating third parties will result in immediate permanent blocking and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

TRUSOF Real Estate (/property) provides a direct peer-to-peer advertising platform where property owners, buyers, and tenants connect without paying brokerage fees.

Specific Obligations for Property Owners & Advertisers:

1. Title Warranty: Any user posting a property listing warrants that they are the absolute legal owner with clear marketable title, or have written Power of Attorney (PoA) from the registered owner.
2. Truth in Advertising: Photos, floor plans, square footage (super built-up vs carpet area), rent, maintenance charges, and amenities listed must be 100% accurate and authentic.
3. RERA Compliance: Where applicable under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), promoters and builders must provide their valid RERA Registration Number. TRUSOF disclaims any liability for non-RERA registered projects posted by users.
4. Direct Negotiations & Token Money: TRUSOF never collects or holds advance security deposits or token money. Any financial transaction between landlords and tenants occurs at their own sole risk. Never transfer advance funds without physically visiting the property and verifying physical ownership documents.
5. Absolute Owner Indemnity: In the event of a false listing, duplicate posting, unauthorized listing of third-party property, or dispute over rent/damages, the listing user agrees to unconditionally indemnify and hold TRUSOF harmless against all consumer forum complaints, police inquiries, civil lawsuits, and financial losses.

TRUSOF CA & Tax Portal (/tax / /ca) provides digital workflow management connecting businesses with independent Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and legal consultants.

• Facilitator Role Only: TRUSOF provides technology infrastructure for document exchange. TRUSOF is not a licensed Chartered Accountancy firm and does not directly render statutory audit opinions or legal certifications.
• Authenticity of Client Records: Clients are exclusively responsible for the veracity, legality, and completeness of invoices, bank statements, GST bills, and ledger books provided. Providing forged or accommodation invoices is strictly illegal under GST and Income Tax laws.
• Government System Delays & Penalties: Statutory tax portals (such as GSTN, Income Tax e-filing, MCA, DGFT) periodically experience server downtime. TRUSOF shall have no liability for late fees, interest, notice issuances, or penalty assessments resulting from governmental technical glitches or client delays in submitting documents.
• Client Indemnification: The client unconditionally agrees to indemnify TRUSOF and its empanelled professionals against any scrutiny assessments, tax demands, or penalties arising from fabricated or inaccurate client records.

TRUSOF Education (/education) connects students, parents, and aspirants with educational institutions, coaching centers, academic counselors, and private tutors.

• No Guarantee of Admission or Scores: TRUSOF does not guarantee examination rankings, university admissions, scholarship approvals, or degree awards. Educational outcomes depend solely on student merit and institutional criteria.
• Independent Institution Fee Contracts: Course fees, syllabus delivery, and faculty quality are determined directly between students and coaching centers. TRUSOF does not hold tuition fees in escrow and is not liable for fee refund disputes with third-party institutes.
• Authenticity of Tutors & Students: Both parents and tutors are advised to conduct independent in-person identity verification before home tuition engagements. TRUSOF accepts no responsibility for off-platform conduct.

TRUSOF Career (/job) provides candidate profile hosting and recruiter search tools.

• No Guarantee of Employment: TRUSOF does not promise job interviews, appointment letters, or minimum salary packages.
• Recruiter Due Diligence: Employers must independently verify educational degrees, work experience, police antecedents, and references of candidates prior to hiring. TRUSOF is not liable for employee misconduct, theft, or misrepresentation.

TRUSOF Partner (/partner) is a matchmaking community platform for individuals seeking matrimonial alliances.

• Age and Marital Eligibility: Users must be legally eligible for marriage under Indian law (minimum 18 years for females, 21 years for males, legally single, divorced, or widowed).
• Independent Family Investigation: Matrimonial profiles are self-declared. Users and their guardians have the absolute, non-delegable responsibility to conduct thorough background checks, financial inquiries, and character verifications before entering into engagements or marriages.
• Dowry Prohibition: The solicitation, demand, or discussion of dowry in any form is strictly prohibited under the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Any violation will result in immediate account termination.
• Zero Liability for Matrimonial Disputes: TRUSOF accepts NO liability whatsoever for post-marriage disputes, marital breakdown, emotional distress, or financial deception between matrimonial members.

While basic searching and browsing on TRUSOF are free, certain premium features (such as featured property listings, CA filings, and verification badges) incur platform service fees.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Once a featured listing is activated, a contact credit is unlocked, or professional CA processing has commenced, platform fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Digital Wallet Credits: Promotional wallet credits have no monetary cash value, cannot be withdrawn into bank accounts, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Chargeback Fraud: Users initiating illegitimate bank chargebacks after receiving digital lead access or listing views agree to pay a dispute administrative fee of ₹5,000 in addition to the disputed sum.

All trademarks, logos (including the multi-colored TRUSOF wordmark and "Trust of India" device mark), software code, database architecture, UI/UX designs, and compiled listing directories are the exclusive intellectual property of TRUSOF Group.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW:

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, TRUSOF is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, TRUSOF's total cumulative liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you to TRUSOF in the preceding thirty (30) days, or ₹1,000 (Rupees One Thousand Only), whichever is lower.

You unconditionally agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless TRUSOF Group, its founders, directors, employees, and authorized agents against all claims, liabilities, lawsuits, fines, losses, penalties, damages, and legal costs (including reasonable advocates' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach or violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable Indian law.
• Any property, job, matrimonial profile, or corporate tax documentation submitted or advertised by you.
• Any infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy, or property ownership rights.
• Any direct disputes, physical altercations, non-payment, fraud, or damage caused to another user or third party offline.

These Terms & Conditions and all relationships between TRUSOF and its users shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in New Delhi / Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida, Uttar Pradesh), India.
