1. How to Cancel a Booking
You can initiate a cancellation directly through your TRUSOF Dashboard or by contacting our 24x7 Customer Support via WhatsApp at +91 9220630966.
- Log in to your TRUSOF account and navigate to My Bookings.
- Select the upcoming booking and tap Cancel Session.
- Choose your reason for cancellation and confirm your preferred refund destination (Original Payment Method or Instant TRUSOF Wallet).
2. Rescheduling Policy
Want to change your date or time without cancelling?
- Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time at zero penalty, subject to mutual agreement and availability with your assigned companion.
- Rescheduling within 6 hours: Treated as a late cancellation, requiring companion re-confirmation and a nominal ₹150 rescheduling administrative fee.
3. Partner-Initiated Cancellations
If your assigned verified CoPartner cancels the session due to illness, vehicle breakdown, or an unavoidable emergency:
✓ 100% Full Immediate Refund guaranteed to your account.
✓ ₹200 Courtesy Wallet Bonus credited to your account for the inconvenience.
✓ Priority replacement companion option if you wish to proceed with an alternative verified partner.
4. Medical Emergencies & Force Majeure
In cases of documented medical emergencies, sudden hospitalization, state curfews, natural calamities, or transit strikes, standard cancellation penalties may be fully waived upon submission of verifiable proof within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
