1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, "User", "Client", or "Partner") and TRUSOF (Trust of India) ("Company", "TRUSOF", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the TRUSOF CoPartner website (trusof.com/copartner), mobile applications, and related services.

By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility & Verification

To use TRUSOF CoPartner, you must fulfill the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• For CoPartners (Providers): Submit valid Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) and complete AI biometric facial recognition and police background screening.
• Provide authentic, accurate, current, and complete personal profile information.
• Never have been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude, sexual misconduct, harassment, violence, or financial fraud.

3. Scope of Approved Services

TRUSOF CoPartner facilitates bookings strictly within 16 defined categories of platonic companion assistance:

Sessions must occur in public spaces or lawful domestic support settings as agreed in advance. Private residential seclusion without third-party visibility is discouraged for initial companion encounters.

4. User Code of Conduct

All users (both clients and companions) agree to abide by the following non-negotiable rules:

• Zero Harassment: No verbal abuse, derogatory slurs, unsolicited physical contact, stalking, or intimidation.
• No Romantic Solicitation: Neither party may request or offer romantic favors, dating, or physical intimacy.
• Sober Interactions: Neither party may arrive at a session in an intoxicated or drug-impaired state.
• Safety Check-Ins: Users must respect digital check-in timestamps and cooperate with safety monitoring.
• Payment Protection: All fees must be transacted through the TRUSOF platform. Off-platform cash settlements to circumvent safety guarantees are strictly forbidden.

5. Transparent Pricing & Payments

Client hourly charges and partner earnings are displayed transparently before session confirmation. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via RBI-authorized payment gateways. Platform facilitation fees and applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%) are calculated and itemized at checkout.

6. Emergency Response & Law Enforcement Cooperation

TRUSOF integrates 24x7 Emergency SOS protocol connecting directly with the Indian National Emergency Number 112. In the event of an SOS activation, physical assault, or threat to bodily harm, TRUSOF reserves the right to transmit session coordinates, identity documents, and call records to police authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

TRUSOF CoPartner acts as an intermediary platform connecting independent verified individuals. While we conduct rigorous identity, police, and facial biometric screenings, users are advised to exercise ordinary prudence in social encounters. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, TRUSOF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party interpersonal conduct beyond our direct control.
